1. Services

Central One Plumbing and Heating provides plumbing, heating, and bathroom renovation services to residential customers across Nuneaton, Coventry, and Warwickshire.

2. Quotes & Pricing

All quotes are provided free of charge and are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated. Prices are fixed once a quote has been accepted — there are no hidden charges.

3. Bookings & Cancellations

Appointments can be rescheduled or cancelled by contacting us at least 24 hours in advance. We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate schedule changes.

4. Warranties

All workmanship is guaranteed for 12 months from the date of completion. Manufacturer warranties on boilers and parts are separate and vary by product — up to 12 years on selected models.

5. Liability

We are fully insured and Gas Safe registered. Our liability is limited to the value of the services provided unless otherwise required by law.

6. Payment

Payment is due upon completion of work unless alternative terms have been agreed in writing. We accept bank transfer, card payment, and cash.

7. Complaints

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
